Areas of focus: The focus is on strengthening the entire body and increasing the range of motion in the joints. This PCW also gives you the opportunity to teach exercises at the barre (or with a chair)

Target groups: All levels, aimed at increasing flexibility

Difficulty level: beginner and advanced

This workout consists of 3 parts: standing, floor and barre exercises. In total PCW5 contains 90 minutes of exercises that you can combine in different ways to a 30 or 60 minute workout.
