PRE-CHOREOGRAPHED WORKOUT 8Objectives of this workout
Main Focus: Increase strength and promote weight loss, using alignment to relieve pain and increase power, release tension in hips and lower back.
This Pre Choreographed Workout includes approx. 75 minutes of standing, floor and barre exercises, which can be modified for a variety of different workouts.
Pace: Moderate to fast
