Short Description
PRE CHOREOGRAPHED WORKOUT 5“The Progression Workout” is our first pre-co routine with Barre Work! The routine is divided into 3 sections: standing, floor, and Barre. It has a total of 1.5 hours of material so that you can mix and match the sequences to create several different routines. The focus is on strengthening and increasing the range of motion of every joint.

**IMPORTANT** You have to be a Level 1 Certified Instructor (or previous CS certification) in order to purchase pre-choreographed workouts 2 and up. If you do not fit this criteria you will not be shipped the pre-choreographed workout. We will reimburse your unshipped purchase minus any fees associated with it. No refunds on pre-choreographed workouts.
