This 1-hour workout is composed of standing, floor and barre work.

Level: Beginner.
This moderate-paced workout is designed to rebalance the full body while increasing overall strength and mobility. It's suitable for all levels of fitness and specially for an Aging Backwards demographic or people who are starting to exercise after a long sedentary period, recovering from injuries or suffer from chronic conditions as arthritis, frozen shoulder, etc.
