LEVEL 4 - Teacher Training workshop, excl. Teacher Training material - Amsterdam, March 7 & 8 2020The purpose of a Level 4 live teacher training is to understand the strengthening component within the ESSENTRICS program. Strength is the essence of all movement! Without strength our bodies would be incapable of any movement. Strong muscles give us energy, vitality, and a feeling of youth and vigour. Strong muscles shape our bodies. Strong muscles slow down the aging process.
Location: Amsterdam
Pre-requisite: Registered for a level 3 live teacher training OR attended a Level 3 live teacher training OR Level 3 certified.
When: March 7 & 8
Time: 10.00-17.00
Costs: € 339,- p.p. excl. Level 4 Teacher Training certification material*.
What to bring: Towel, bottle of water, workout clothes, teacher training certification material and pen.
Provided: Mats and handouts
*The Level 4 Teacher Training certification material is mandatory for this workshop.
